Qualifications

Must

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or high-value products.
• Experience in market research, customer analysis, positioning, and project marketing.
• Proven ability to independently plan, execute, and improve marketing activities
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads; Google Ads experience is a plus.
• Able to analyze lead and sales results and work with Sales to improve performance.
• Comfortable creating basic marketing materials using Canva or Adobe.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across Sales, management, and external partners.
• Working-level English.

Salary Range

• THB 100,000–150,000 / month, depending on experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience at a real estate development company in Thailand.

• Experience in selling houses (such as single houses or townhomes) priced over 15MB in central Bangkok.

• Good communication skills in English

• Strong skills in problem-solving, time management, attention to detail, logical thinking, and information retention

• Can handle high-pressure situations.
